FHS Key Personnel

Ron M. Smith - President
Ron is a graduate from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction. UF’s construction program is internationally recognized for its high skill level of graduates. Ron is a licensed State of Florida Certified General Contractor and working towards licensing throughout the Southeast United States to better serve our client base. Along with his metal building knowledge, he has extensive experience in the retail market, ministry related & charitable organization projects, medical buildings, conventional warehousing and high end interior finish construction. Ron primary duties include marketing, Owner related due diligence, estimating, scheduling and project administration.

Todd Wall - Vice President
Todd is a graduate from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting. He parlayed his financial degree and his desire to succeed into his start-up business in material handling products, originally known as Florida Handling Systems, and now FHS, Inc. Todd is a leader, motivator with a knack for taking calculated risk. A large percentage of work our parent company performs is for other General Contractors. Taking the chance of opening a company that his GC customer base may see as competition was a tough decision. With an ethical business approach and vowing to never compete against FHS Inc’s customer base, Todd has enjoyed the success on both sides of his industries. Todd’s primary responsibility is to coordinate the crossover business from his parent company with respect to estimating, design, manufacturing & installation of primarily overhead bridge cranes along with racking and mezzanines systems.

Joe DiCesare - Secretary & Treasurer
Joe is a graduate from Troy State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Marketing. Joe’s formal education, experience in the material handling business, his charismatic personality and knack for business all coupled with Todd Wall’s previously mentioned credentials are the driving force behind our parent company, FHS, Inc. Joe’s primary responsibility with FHS Industrial Constructors is business development for all potential crossover work between the two companies.
